Trimmed Dunder this morning - funny what a huge difference it made! I even did a "proper" spaniel trim, ie I didn't trim his back smooth... normally I just shave down his upper body, easier to deal with. I should have pulled off the dead hair but I don't know where the trimming knife is... He looks fab anyway ( Read more... )

Little late, but have you had them try feeding her meals up on the table? Maybe starting lower on something she's already fairly comfortable with and gradually working up to taller and different tables?

Mine were nervous about tables when they were young and that's mostly what I had them do - we started on a folded up one that was on the ground (so a max of 10 inches off the ground because of the legs). Now Merlin's so comfortable about the table that he got a tad too casual and rolled off the side about a month ago while laying down on it - luckily it was toward me so i caught him. He was seriously embarrassed with his "UH! MEANT TO DO THAT!" face XD

Also, smaller agility stuff (basically learning to jump/climb on stuff) may help confidence transfer to the table?
