Short, sleepy review: I just saw this in IMAX 3-D, and I enjoyed it. I thought the effects were great, loved all the creatures and thought the performances were good. There were a few little things that bothered me here and there, but I can't remember them now.

Short, completely shallow review: I found Crispin Glover surprisingly hot.

Via Roger Ebert's review of (Disney's (Tim Burton's)) Alice in Wonderland: "As a young reader, I found Alice in Wonderland creepy and rather distasteful. Alice's adventures played like a series of encounters with characters whose purpose was to tease, puzzle and torment her. Few children would want to go to wonderland, and none would want to stay."

Social media has become overrun with family and co-workers lately. I need a place where I can giggle like a 12-year-old without them finding out.

What would be the opposite of a girly-man or lady-boy? Boy-y-chick? Gentle-gal?

Tomboy never sat well with me. It always implied you had to be good at sports. I'm crap at most sports that involve coordination and not just throwing yourself on a mat because you know how to take a fall.

Yeah. I'm one of those.
