So, I might be moving.

Maybe to Nashville.

Maybe to Huntsville.

Maybe to KUWAIT.

Just the prospect is dizzying....but I would do it in a heartbeat. 180K a year will buy a lot of beer, yo.

I have to tell you... I really hope it *isn't* Kuwait that you move to, because I would like to see you every now and then.

Having said that, if you do move, you will totally and completely be my dance garb and other fabulous things hook-up. Aaaaand I might invite myself for a visit. I wonder what kind of buying power the dollar has in Kuwait?

I told Derek, and we're both kinda sad. Hoping things change in another way, that there's a door #3 somewhere.

I keep wondering if we'll fall in love with a house and it'll have a 4th bedroom that you can borrow for a while, you and the bear, till you get some school out of the way?

I guess the waiting to see is gonna be the worst of it. Cause that is a lot of beer.

You know the sad part? We couldn't actually BUY beer with that money, because alcohol is prohibited in Kuwait!! Along with porn and pork products. Welll, there goes MY saturday night routine.

Well, I would not leave before summer's end...... but if it does happen we want to go together, so he will not miss out on the bear for that long. It is a year-at-a-time kind of thing (you sign on for at least 1 year). SO the sticking point is whether or not we could go with him.

I think it would be a great cultural experience since Kuwait is fairly stable and there are lots of Americans living there already, so I'd probably have something of a social network too.

I think it would be awsome. And Harry could always list his first cultural experience at a very young age.

Yeah year at a time is a big deal when you're son has only been ALIVE for a year. Missing a half of his life time at this point would be weirdness.

I hope you can all go, but at the same time, I hope he can find something awsome in this area.

Well, I don't know a whole lot more than that, just that he may be offered a contractor job overseas, which would pay about that much. Not sure exactly what's going to happen. Several irons in the fire already....will let you know if anything looks definite.

Whoa! That is a sweet income, even considering the differences between here and either Huntsville or Nashville.

Erm, Kuwait, I cannot speak on, much. Except to say that evidently they consider anything under 20K gold to be "bastard gold."
