He doesn't remember his parents names, their faces, whether he has siblings, whether his mother and father are even still alive. These facts were not written down; useless information.

i love the fact that you made him consider information like this useless. he totally would. very in character :D

This was very, very lovely.

I especially liked this line -- "and logic is what Daniel deals with, even if he doesn't have much of his own left" -- and the little Hurley nod (or at least I think it was).

Oh it definitely was a Hurley nod! I thought it would make sense given that they are both at least a little crazy (and very appropriate useage of that icon btw :p)

This was so beautiful! I've always been afraid of him forgetting Charlotte, so stories like this are very comforting, weird as that sounds. Also, yay for the Hurley nod!
