Well, for starters...he's convinced those kidnapping victims are still alive. It's not only because no one's going to be protecting corpses that closely, it's because these people are guests (Read: Guest stars from other series) and they can't be harmed too much!

I'm attempting to guess just how outdated he is; so far, my best guess is that he's very fond of things in the 80's.

Frol will not get to him, this is the same guy who was canonically dunked, used as a weapon and smashed onto the floor when his friends discovered that he wasn't dead at all. And besides, he'd argue right back at Frol because he has a pretty short fuse. :'D
