I find the concept of car clubs fascinating, and this article (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/motoring/caradvice/5165769/Are-car-sharing-clubs-worth-it.html) was very interesting so I thought I'd post it here. Are any of you members

I did a load of research into the local City Car Club and reached the conclusion that it might be useful for the occasional couple of hour jaunt, but was much more expensive if you needed a car for a day or more than Enterprise (who are actually closer to me than the City Car).

It also didn't add up especially well when looking to use it for 4 hours once a week every week.

But then I used to run an old piece of crap car and we have motorbikes that will do a lot of what we need transport for.
