The last couple of days were so well planned. I would go to my work do on Thursday, sleep in late-ish at the lovely hotel so that I would have lots of energy for Sonisphere on Friday. Aww such a shame you were ill, but I guess on the plus side, you didn't miss any of the main bands, you did get to catch up with friends, and you're feeling a good bit better now :-)

How about that! I was at Sonisphere too, and came down with a stomach bug 24 hours after despite avoiding festival food.
