I was interviewed by
yoshi09 .
1. You get the opportunity to learn piano from either Nino or Sho. Quick! Who do you choose? =P And yes. ONLY ONE.
You are so evil, making me pick between my two favorite members. ♥ I really thought about this one long and hard because they're both so talented. I don't get to see Sho play the piano often so if I pick him, I'd get that opportunity. But when I look at my short fingers, I think of Nino and how it would be easier for me to learn from someone whose fingers are probably about the same length as mine. This is quite the dilemma. In the end, I would say Nino, just because of the sole reason of having short fingers. Besides, I can always find another reason to ask Sho play the piano for me, right? And, and, I want to play a duet with Nino. Maybe we'll do Niji together, lol. ♥
2. Would you rather dance in the rain, ride in a train, or feel no pain?
Dance in the rain. Come to think of it, I already did it on Friday when I was spending time with myself. It was interesting because I was walking on an uneven path and I kind of danced my way through it. I didn't care who was looking. (I was beyond happy because I bought myself a chocolate chip cannoli. I hadn't had one since last spring.) I've ridden in a train before and it's nothing spectacular. Feel no pain? That's interesting. ♥ Pain is part of life and I would like to experience it, regardless of how much it hurts.
3. I read this somewhere, and I thought it was interesting: What is more difficult for you- looking into someone’s eyes when you are telling someone how you feel, or looking into someone’s eyes when they are telling you how they feel?
It is an interesting question. I would say I find it difficult to look into someone's eyes when I'm telling them how I feel. I don't know if my friends notice this but when I talk to them about my problems, my eyes aren't exactly looking at them. It looks like I am, but I'm not. Unlike those who can look at people straight in the eye, I can't do that. But, when someone is telling me how they feel, I can look into their eyes. I'm so weird, aren't I?
4. If a doctor told you you had only a few days to live would you tell everyone, keep it to yourself and live the last few days like how you'd normally live them... or...?
I would keep it to myself and live normally. Except on my very last day, I'd bid everyone farewell in subtle way. I think I'd be happy, knowing that everyone was happy during the last days of my life. I don't want to cause anyone to feel depressed when I am alive.
5. You could only eat one thing for two weeks, what is it?
Watermelon. I don't think I could ever get sick of it. My second choice would be bananas. Can't get sick of that either.
FASHION MEME.
A: What accessories do you wear everyday? I have three rings on my right hand that I never take off. On my ring finger has musical notes on a staff. It represents my love for music. My middle finger ring is a gift from my aunt. It's from Disneyland and the crystals are topaz, which is my birthstone. It represents my Los Angeles trip and my dear aunt. My index finger ring is a gift from my cousin and it's like the Olympic rings except they're lined up in a row and they're silver.
B: What is your beauty routine? First things first, I brush my teeth, wash my face with cold water. Then I wait a while until I put on my moisturizer. As for my hair, if I washed it the night before, I'd use heat protection spray and then straighten it. If not, I'll tie it into a ponytail or a half one, then spray something on my bangs to keep them in place. (It's not hairspray though.) When I come home, I put a headband on, then I wash my face with these facial sponges with cleanser. Dry my face and put on some moisturizer. In the shower, I use a pore minimizer as I wash my face. I try to put on a facial mask every two weeks but I haven't done so lately. For my hair, I use hot oil every week.
C: What was the last item of clothing (for yourself) that you purchased? My green plaid top with ruffles. I posted it here on LJ before. I've only worn it once so far. Can't wait to wear it again.
D: Do you use a dresser, closet, or both? Closet. I used to share a dresser with my sister but we don't use it anymore since we now have our own bedrooms.
E: What type of earrings are in your ears right now? I don't wear them when I spend my weekends at home.
F: What type of figure do you have? Chubby. I used to say 'fat' but then people kept telling me 'chubby' instead.
G: Do you wear glasses? Yes, I do. I wear them at home on the weekends.
H: What type of handbag do you carry? Faux leather bags. Bags with cute prints like Hello Kitty, Monokuro Boo, and other characters. It depends on what kind of look I want to go for. Right now I want a bag with polka dots.
I: What is your ideal style? A flowy knee-length skirt with a ruffled top (preferably with a bow) with Mary Jane pumps. Plaid dress paired with a hoodie. Long tunic with leggings. Tunic or tee with a vest. A cute graphic tee with jeans. Tee with shorts and a pair of boots. Jeans tucked into boots. Skirt with boots. LAYERING. If you've seen the Japanese magazine Mina, then you already have an idea of what kind of styles I have. (Sometimes I dress very girly and when I wear my vests, I'm told I dress...manly, lol.)
J: What jewelry are you wearing right now? My three rings.
K: Do you wear knee-hi stockings? No, but I've been wanting to buy a pair for the upcoming season.
L: Do you *have* to wear matching lingerie? No.
M: Do you wear makeup? Occasionally. It's funny because I have three drawers full of makeup that could last me a few years.
N: Do you wear nightgowns? I used when I was a kid. Not anymore. I just like to wear an old tee with shorts for the summer or gym pants for the winter. Very, very unattractive, I know. But hey, at least I'm covered.
O: What outerwear do you put on when going out on a typical winter's day? Because I live in the Northeast and it gets really, really cold here, I tend to put on a thick long coat with my favorite pink Korean beanie. Oh, and never, ever forget a scarf. I tend to lose mittens so I don't wear them...unless I'm caught by my mother.
P: What is your favorite perfume? Ann Taylor's Possibilities. It smells like roses but it's not strong at all. I don't have the actual thing but my friend supplied me with lots and lots of sample bottles.
Q: Is your motto "quality over quantity" when it comes to clothing and accessories? YES. But now my new motto is, "If I can make it, I don't want it". I need to save money.
R: Do you wear rain boots? No. I want a pair, though.
S: Do you wear socks or slippers when your feet get cold? I don't wear slippers. I used to have Pikachu slippers that I really loved. They're no longer with me. :( I wear socks when my feet get cold now.
T: Do you have a set of travel luggage? I just bought my first set in June for my Los Angeles trip.
U: What is your daily uniform? I wear something different almost everyday so no uniform.
V: If you are married, did you wear a veil with your wedding dress? If not, how did you do your hair? Not married yet, but I think veils are pretty.
W: Do you wear a watch? No. I used to but it irritated my skin a lot so I stopped wearing it. I want to find a new one.
X: What item of clothing always makes you feel extremely beautiful? Anything with ruffles or bows. I really, really like them. ♥
Y: What is your favorite type of yarn? Yarn for babies, lol. They're really soft and I used to knit with them.
Z: Do you prefer zippers or buttons? Both.
I made some more icons! Not much, but here they are:
