i am so pissed right now i can literally hit the roof.

whatisdope is a totally irresponsible seller. i'm sure girls who blogshop often must have heard of its name before. yes, there's no doubt that their clothes are nice but still, their customer service sucks. here's how it goes. i transferred the money for this pair of wedges on 9/8 and till now i still have not received it -.- no, it wasn't due to any shipment delay or so. it's all thanks to the seller's great efficiency. i emailed her on 11/8 to enquire about my registered parcel's ref. no, only to receive a reply 2 days later - 13/8 (that's after i sent the second email asking for my ref. no -.-) saying that she has forgotten about my parcel and if she could mail it out by latest 15/8 due to all the preparation work for her new collection. okay fine, to err is human. still, i was a little unhappy and requested for a meet-up since i needed the wedges by 17/8 and if she were to mail it out by 15/8, i doubt i would be able to receive it on time. as expected (for a late reply), she replied on 15/8 saying she would be fine with the meet-up however restricted to town or tiong bahru. okay i was fine with that so i asked if i could meet her the next day, 16/8, monday. NOW, COMMON SENSE WOULD TELL YOU THAT THE CUSTOMER WOULD PROBABLY HAVE TO MEET ON MON SINCE SHE NEEDED THE ITEM BY TUES WHAT RIGHT. YET SHE ONLY REPLIED MY EMAIL THIS AFTERNOON, 17/8, 1.15pm.

Oh dear, I'm sorry but I only saw your email today. :< I'll just mail it to you yeah? So sorry babe. :<

shouldn't she take the effort to at least reply on mon morn or so?! dont tell me she aint' free to check her emails COS SHE ACTUALLY SENT ME AN INVOICE USING HER BB, SO NOW WHAT. AND WHAT ABOUT ME TELLING HER THAT I NEEDED THE WEDGES BY TUES? NOW THEN REPLY ME MIGHT AS WELL DONT REPLY RIGHT. c'mon man, not the least bit sorry about delaying your customer's parcel when i have actually made the payment promptly. good service hur. best i tell you.

Finally the entire issue has been resolved!
Whatisdope claimed to have sent the above email by mistake (errr, quite a ridiculous mistake?) but anyhow, refunded me my moolah and gave me the pair of wedges for free to express their sincerity behind the apology. okayyyyy, not bad a service recovery. but guess what, i got myself an exact same pair of wedges just a few hours before she replied my email. =.= cool or cool haha. dk to laugh or cry.zz
oh well, at least case is closed now. i'm an appeased kid now yay.
