ugh. dell computers. they can be really nice computers...but all their parts are propietary...cant just get your own replacement. so your stuck with going through them all the time.

That Daniel guy (as is typical with tech support) doesnt seem to know whats wrong either.... not listening at all. and still no answer as to if they're going to -your- house heh.
