I am writing to report several incidents of sexual harassment which has occurred while at work at Crow Canyon Archaeological Center.  I do not know the last name of this person, only that his first name is Mark.  I believe Human Resources knows of the person and can provide the last name for me.

Man, wouldn't if be great if the girls all staggered the complaints so he just kept getting suspended for two weeks without pay over and over and over again...just a thought...

Yeah I dunno, I'm glad you're alright and all but I think this is where the communication breaks down. The kid was obviously malsocialized and perhaps in his mind he was merely coming on to you. It obviously wasn't an appropriate way to express his feelings. But reporting to the boss without giving them any verbal warning seems unfair. A simple "back off" would have made you justified in any action you took after. Now this (creepy admittedly) guy's job is in jeopardy and he hates women more because his attempts were not only spurned but publicly reported. I guess I don't blame you but I feel as though women have a responsibility to at least determine that they're in real danger before running to the boss.
