if you believe in your own heaven/afterlife and in yourself and life, people, and emotions, there's no need to worry

my afterlife, for example, is very very happy, and i believe that people go where they believe they'll go. therefore i'll be happy after i die =)

Eh, that's not quite why I want an established religion. I was reading Schirmy's last entry and realized that because of religion, all of those people have a connection that I'll never be able to have with anyone. And for the first time ever, I really felt a flash of jealousy.

i definitely have thought about that before. the jealousy of not being part of a youth group, or church group, or younglife or anything, and going to CSM or whatever, because i didn't try hard enough in church or something.

kinda a depressing thought, but i had JCL, which i no longer have and it's kinda sad, but it was to the same effect.
