UNAR!
Yay for UNAR! This conference was so great. I was on a committee of 6 people, so we didn't really follow any of the procedural rules. We basically just at around and freely discussed what we would do, which works a lot better. We actually ended up moving faster than the crisis staff, so we ended up with a lot of down time
