So most Americans feel that we should have a timetable for a withdraw from Iraq.

President Bush says that doing so will tie the hands of the generals on the ground. That doing so will mean that the insurgents/terrorists have won.

paying the stupid ticket.. set an example for NJ, the commuter state. Wear the stupid seatbelt.. its safer. Most people don't survive high speed impact traffic accidents sans seatbelts. And if you can ticket everybody else.. then by crackey.. GIVE THE GOV A TICKET! Ticket the driver too because it wasn't an emergency.

As for winning in Iraq.. I think the goal is to make sure Iraq can handle the country by itself after flushing out the desert rats that are causing trouble like the Taliban and such.. Actually winning, we may never fully be rid of them.. as they are like cockroaches. In the meantime, unless they give up and dismantle like Hitler and the Aryan army of WWII, they may not give up so easily,. When not reported by hugely leftist news, our armed forces really want to finish what they started and get out of there.
