I’m really bored and too lazy for anything else right now so I though I’d update…
Sunday was the acoustic Morning Donovan show. One of the dudes before them did a Muse cover, it was so amazing, he had the right voice for it. He also did a really good Radiohead cover.
I gotta say SORRY LUKE for elbowing you in the chest..although you gotta admit it was damn funny..like when I tripped Carlos and he almost fell on his face haha..anyways…
Monday was one of the best, most long awaited nights of my life. Me, Jose, Elliot, and Dan went to see SOCIAL DISTORTION at the Catalyst. We left at like 5:30 to make sure we would make it to Santa Cruz on time cause of rush hour traffic on 17. So much for all the traffic…we made it there in 30 minutes and had like 2 hours to kill. We got some food and went to Streetlight. Me and Jose stood in the will call line and seriously contemplated scalping Dans ticket.
The first band, Against Me was pretty good. They kinda reminded me of Flogging Molly or Dropkick Murphys.
While waiting in between bands, someone in the crowd says “hey isn’t that Lars up in the balcony?” And sure enough Lars Frederiksen was up in the balcony.
Then Social D comes on and I have never been in a more perfect place at any show. FRONT AND FKN CENTER!! The only people in front of me were security guards and Mike Ness. Aaaahh it was great! Except for getting kicked in the head from crowd surfers and stinky security guys armpits in my face...oh well. It was cool to see Matt Freeman playin bass for them while hes on break from Rancid. They played for a good hour and a half or so and it went by so fast.
I cant wait for Sept.28th, their new album comes out and I will actually BUY it instead of burning like I usually do.

Last night was 80s night and for some reason it sucked a lot of ass. Maybe cause I only had two drinks, maybe cause the two hussy strippers showed up as usual whoring themselves out to any guy that will look in their direction. *EWE* Do the world a favor and get some fkn self respect PLEASE and stop dragging my friends into your lame bullshit. Ugh…
Got home around 2 I think..couldnt sleep, got a call from Shane at like 330, talked for an hour or so, and fell asleep around 5. And was awake by 8:30..i hate being a morning person…
Tonight is A Burning Water at the Asslighter. I’m dragging fubu621 with me cause he loves me that much and I promise not to slap him this time! Hehe *muah* This should turn out to be rather entertaining…
Hopefully hang out with Shane tonight too if things work out.
Tomorrow I’m pickin up Amy from work and she is gunna wreak havoc on my hair. Sweeeeeeeeett
Monday I leave for HAWAII. Fuck ya bitches…
Then when I get back I will see miss brie at the HeadAutomatica show.yay! im going to kidnap her ;)
