Alright. So I'm 16, and still cant fucking drive until October. IF I pass the damn test. But I'm pretty sure I will. ANYWAYS.
The car I want is a green Volkswagen Beetle.
So if anyone knows shit about cars, or volkswagens, I was hoping someone could help me shop around so I wont get ripped of, what what not.

Wow, that is a good question. I don't think I ever asked, since she is about to get it now. I think it either has something to do with the fact that she enjoyes riding a bike all over town, or maybe she didn't think she needed to drive since she was going into the military.
