Sup, Amy! o/ I'm Ruki contacting you for the Population Control event right now. Ciel here has been assigned Takuto, and... She would go for it to power herself up. o\;; She's skilled with firearms, but furthermore this is her 2nd round, so she's regained enough magic to be able to create a bunch of swords/use lightning magic, making her really tough to take down by people without powers. She's more the stealth type though, so she'd also prefer to make the kill quick and painless without being seen. What do you make of all this? H-hah sorry if this sounds overbearing, but she is rather versatile and has been vigorously trained for combat. Thoughts? ;;

No, no. That's fine! I knew Takuto wouldn't last very long in an event like this. So Ciel is free to kill him as quickly as you like. I was going to write up a post about Takuto freaking out about his worst fear since he hasn't killed anyone. So you can reply to that for killing him?

Yeah, she's not malicious by nature, hence she'd really try to not be seen and make this as quick and painless as possible. She'll cremate the body after that too at least... ;;; Because this is really "End justify the Means" situation where once she's back at her usual full after two kills, she'll stop. I'll tag chronologically last in terms of thread order happening according to in-game time, so I'm up for that! Does this sound okay to you? ;u;/
