I took Seratonin last night, at my doctor's urging, and slept better than I have for weeks. 14 hours better. And my dreams were amazing.

I have to ask; did you get seratonin over the counter, or did your doc give you a prescription? I ask because I have all sorts of horrible sleeping problems too and my ears perk any time someone mentions something which helped them :) I'm glad it worked for you!
