annoyance and laziness

argh.. okie.. so today daycare was supposed to start for my sister at school.. and at like 3:30 i get a call on my cell from my mom that there wasn't daycare and my sis was at a friend's house. okie.. why was there no daycare? it said on the calendar that daycare started today so i didn't bother going to pick my sister up. low and behold.. the
