If you haven't already, you may want to add nowpicnic_rss to your friends. I may post more on LJ now that I'm moving from Pittsburgh (sad!) but a lot of good stuff (recipes, photos, etc) will be on the nowpicnic_rss. Check it! :)

Is it equivalent if I just add your blog to the lj-portion of my Google Reader? These things confuse me sometimes.

Or you could just add the blogspot RSS to google reader - sometimes the LJ feeds are slow to be updated.

A plug: Safari (the Mac's built in web browser) has an RSS reader built in that is quite nice. Nowpicnic is bookmarked and the RSS is checked once a day!
