Turns out I did not tweak a muscle in my back - I have a UTI that has probably gotten into my kidney. O.O The mentioned 'draining my bladder' during the uterine ablation, and I never did hear if it was actually eone, but the doctor today said that's probably how I got the infection, even with the IV antibiotics given in the OR

Ah, CRAP!! Well, hopefully you can blast it with super meds and be rid of it right away. What irony- the organ doesn't work any more, and yet it sits there and does this to you. {{{hugs}}}

I think it may be a bit late for it to do any good now, and I don't get them very often. IIRC, this is only the second one I've had in many years.
