I don't know the case, but I know that ruling was overturned, or at least slightly overturned. I'm a little out of practice as far as SC cases go.

oh i understand that the supreme court cant completely rule it out technically because of states rights but normally they decide upon circumstance and believe me. read like a quick overview on it. like the circumstances were bullshit. i dont care how poor you are or any of that shit. f you want to shoot someone you'ree ass is grass in my book.

the constitution says cruel and unusual punishment. killing someone for committing a pretty bad crime is not cruel and unusual. its expected.
