FOOD TALKI've just discovered Trader Joe's Italian Truffle Cheese and you guys, you guys. It is so nice. When I bought it I thought it was just a name to make it sound fancy, but there really are little bits of truffle in it. How and why does something that smells vaguely of burnt rubber taste so good
