At least, she's tall compared to some girls. She's 5'8" tall. She's blonde with green eyes. Frankie has never, and will never, be likely to have a tan. The girl is definitely pale. Personality:
When Frankie bought a rat just prior to entering Hogwarts for her first year, she promptly named it Jamie after her brother. How could she not? The resemblence was uncanny! She enjoys recalling this in front of any females she notices that her brother spends time around as well as any of his friends she happens to run into with the rat Jamie around. Frankie tends to be vain, insisting upon proper grooming before appearing in public. How well this will mesh with her future career considering her interest in animals... Well, she tries not to think about it.
Strengths: Both magical and personality:
Frankie has always been particularly loyal to family members and very close friends. She isn't loyal to everyone she knows, but only those that she views as worthy of her trust and loyalty. Once a person gains that status in her mind, it's hard for them to lose it. Her brothers, for one, are people she loves beyond all else. The same connection doesn't exist with her parents due to the fact that she didn't actually spend THAT much time with them growing up. She loves them, sure, because they spoil her pretty rotten, but she feels no undying faithfulness to them. She's brave and quite willing to get into risky situations. She finds adventure fun, enjoyable, and is more than happy to get mixed up in a bit of trouble if it means her life will be even a little bit more interesting for the day. She's ambitious when it comes to something she wants. This doesn't necessarily mean great marks, but just anything she's particularly desirious of.
Magically, Frankie excells at wand work more than things which require bookwork. She's great at Care of Magical Creatures due to her extreme love of animals. She's always been very capable of nurturing them and keeping them alive. One of the things that she's highly interested in is a future in Care of Magical Creatures.
Weaknesses: Both magical and personality:
Unfortunately, Frankie doesn't always think through the consequences of her actions. She oftens gets into messes and "adventures" that she can't quite get out of without getting into trouble. She'll betray a person if it's in her best interest, unless of course that person is someone she utterly loves. But, most of the time, she's more than willing to betray a person's trust. As long as she has a good reason for it. Frankie can be a bit on the mean side. For instance, if someone happens to mess with her brothers? She's more than happy to get back at them in ways that will make them particularly unhappy. This varies from bugs in the bed to hexing them in the halls. The girl reacts first, thinks later a lot of the time. She's capable of being completely sweet to a person, all the while wishing them ill. She's learned to mask her real emotions, for the most part, unless particularly distressed.
Frankie isn't particularly good at book work related classes. She works extra hard on the ones that she finds important. She never worked all that hard on History of Magic, instead choosing to focus her attention on classes such as Potions and Muggle Studies. She spends more time than she'd like to hitting the books because of the fact that she oftens forgets things she's ready in books more quickly than others.
Fears/Motivations:
Frankie's afraid that she'll be forced to choose which side she supports, officially, as she's fairly certain of which way her family's alliances lay. She doesn't know which way she'd choose, as she's quite torn between supporting her family (or, more accurately, her brothers) and not, you know, supporting the side that's interested in killing some of her friends. Ultimately, she'll probably follow one (or both) of her brothers in their choice. She's also very, very, very afraid of small places. Claustrophobia is something she knows well. She's motivated by her desire to make her family proud of her. She's not always positive that they'll be proud of her chosen goals, but she figures that she'll be able to sway them if they're not. One of the things that would be hardest for her is if a member of her family mocked her goals in life.
History:
One of the things that shaped Frankie quite a bit was the absentee nature of her parents. She was mostly raised by nannies and her brothers. Granted, her brothers were only between one and three years older than her, but she still tended to look up to them. She found out fairly quickly that nannies wouldn't last, so she distanced herself from them when they took care of her. Instead, she latched onto her brothers and focused all of her affection and neediness onto them. She's overly loyal to them at this point.
Not that her parents were never around, because they were. When they were around, they tended to spoil her. All Frankie had to do was ask for something and, magically, it would appear. It was a brilliant system, which kept her from despising her parents as she grew older. How could she properly despise someone who tended to her every whim when they were around? Sure, she's never felt particularly attached, but that hasn't kept her from at least loving them in the required 'they're family' way.
One day, Frankie's mother sat her down and rattled on and on about the evils of muggles. The lecture would have had more of an impact on the girl had it come from, say, Richard or Jamie, but it did get her thinking on the subject. As she grew older, she recognized that she was better than muggles. She sort of understood that they were evil, after reading about the different torture methods they had experimented with over the years. Still, the idea that muggleborns -- or mudbloods, as she often called them without meaning any malice -- were evil was a little odd. Especially considered the fact that she'd met some at school and they seemed perfectly nice. A little slow on the uptake when it came to the Wizarding world, sure, but perfectly alright other than that. So what if they ooh'd and awe'd over things that she'd grown up with? They didn't exactly seem to be evil.
She tries not to share her feelings on muggleborns with her family, however, although they might have gathered her non-hatred from the fact that she has friends who are muggleborns.

Why are they in that house? Frankie has always been adventurous. She's curious and she's generally not afraid to explore her curiosities. She's not afraid to face things head on, although she sometimes takes the more devious route. She tries to do things for the RIGHT reason, even if sometimes the RIGHT reason in her head doesn't quite fit into the normal idea of the RIGHT thing to do. She's mean to people BECAUSE she feels they've done something wrong, such as offending someone she cares about, etc.

Character Secrets: Can't think of anything important at the moment... she's undoubtedly got many secrets, that I've yet to discover.
Character Alliance: The answer isn't exactly known at the moment. She's a bit on the fence about things. Sure, she doesn't really believe there's anything wrong with muggleborns or muggles, really. Muggle Studies has taught her that muggles aren't all bad. She understands that. But, her family isn't exactly on the side of muggles and muggleborns. None of them seem particularly understanding of the concept that muggleborns aren't evil, etc. If the entirety of her family supports the "evil side", then there's a good chance she'll go along with them.
