Personality:
Felix is a ridiculous flirt. He flirts with everyone. Well, everyone of the female persuasion. Blokes don't really hold any appeal. Not that he limits his flirtations to people who do hold appeal for him. Felix flirts with every female in existence. Only, he doesn't mean anything by it. He flirts just to flirt. He's against snogging (and that which comes after it) without it meaning something.
Felix is the type of bloke who's there when you need him, but generally knows when to back off and leave well enough alone. He's unlikely to pry into someone's business unless the information has been offered up of the other person's own accord. He sees other people's business as just that. Their business and none of his. He's completely disorganized. He never really remembers to put his things back in place, rarely remembers to keep his clothes off the floor, and remembers to make his bed about once a month. When he's not doing schoolwork, Felix can generally be found in the company of his friends. If not there, he's probably commandeered a random classroom to work on dance as he doesn't want to fall out of shape and/or let his skills in that area diminish due to the fact that he doesn't have dance classes during the school year.
Strengths: Both magical and personality:
Felix tends to excel with a wand in his hand more than anything else. He's good at most subject that require wandwork, which he's always been rather fond of as... well, purebloods aren't exactly always the nicest to deal with. Enemies in general send pretty nasty hexes, and it's nice being able to deal with those as they come. He prefers Transfiguration to the rest, however, and is generally pretty excellent at it. Possibly because he works at it most.
Felix is generally even-tempered. He's over all a pretty good bloke, even if every good bloke does have their faults. Felix is generally laidback about things. He's dedicated... at least when it comes to family and friends, and rather hardworking when it comes to classes he enjoys. He's a bit on the spontaneous side. He's rather active as he's not a real big fan of lazing about when there are more important (and more entertaining) things he could be doing.

Felix is pretty shit at things like History of Magic, Potions, Herbology, etc. He just doesn't have enough interest in them to focus enough to get good marks on them. Granted, it might also be because he fears that even if he DID put as much effort into it as the rest of his classes, he might not have the marks he'd want.
He's pretty much a pushover when it comes to girls. All it takes is one damn smile and he's putty in their hands. He doesn't have a backbone nearly as much as he'd like to, although he's not a complete pushover ALL the time. Just most of it. If someone pushes him far enough, he'll fight back. It just takes a particularly mean comment or someone else taking the first punch for him to fight back. The fact that he's a pushover generally leads to him being more than willing to do whatever favor someone might ask of him. He might not be willing to do a classmate's homework, but he's usually ready and willing when someone needs a favor that's unlikely to be seen as morally ambiguous. This, sadly, makes it rather easy to use the bloke.
Fears/Motivations:
He's pretty insecure when it comes to girls. Sure, he'll flirt up a storm with them, but he's hesitant to actually get involved with them. He tends to see involvement -- snogging, relationships, etc -- as a commitment of sorts. He believes it SHOULD mean something and is afraid not everyone is quite as serious about such things as he is. He's also generally rather afraid for his family, as he loves them, and doesn't really want them dying due to anything. Including random death eater attacks. He's also a wee bit afraid of clowns. Maybe a bit of the dark, as well.
His motivation mainly comes from wanting to do his parent's proud, wanting to get somewhere in life so that he's got a job he's actually proud of, and... well. Basically, he just wants to get to the point where he can live comfortably.

Felix is part of a large family. Two parents, four siblings. His mum (Angelina) and his pops (Bartholomew) were married at a young age. Maya, their firstborn, is five full years older than Felix. Then, in descending order: Lexi (17), Felix (15), Missy (8), Ash (3). However, the children were rarely left too wanting. While their family was nowhere close to rich, some might have considered them at least comfortable as far as getting most of the things they wanted. Even if sometimes it required a bit of creative savings and cutting a few costs here and there. For example, Felix started taking dance lessons at the age of three. Even if the lessons weren't all that complicated until a few years down the road.
As he grew older, Felix's home remained rather chaotic. There was always someone vying for the attention. There was nearly always someone yelling, or talking loudly, or listening to loud music, or playing video games, or using the computer, or using the TV. It was very, very rarely a quiet place to be. You could say Felix wasn't exactly displeased at the idea of heading off to Hogwarts.
Of course, at first, his parents merely thought that the letter was a joke. Owls bringing letters? Magic? It didn't make sense to them. After recieving one or two more letters in the same fashion, however, they slowly came to the realization that it wasn't so much a joke as... well, the truth. It certainly did explain the odd behavior that their son had had over the past eleven years of his life. It explained certain odd occurences that before then had simply been considered a little weird. It explained all of the things that they'd merely shrugged off previously.
So, while the added expenses of his books and whatnot did require a bit more creative savings (and perhaps dipping into savings that had been meant for other things), Felix's parents decided it probably was best if he went to a school specializing in magic. Especially after the incident that had taken place a mere couple of months after the letter arrived. The family dog, after all, was not meant to look like the mascott of Gay Pride.
Although he'd anticipated enjoying his time away from home, Felix soon found himself homesick. He missed hanging around with his younger (and older) siblings. Quite a bit. He especially missed being around people who didn't judge a person based on whether their parents were magical or whether their grandparents were magical. He eventually grew out of the homesickness. For the most part, he enjoys being off at Hogwarts for the majority of the year and seeing his siblings only during the Hols. When he's in need of a bit of chaos to even out his feelings of homesickness, he merely hangs out with the younger years. Due to this, Felix knows the names of pretty much every single Hufflepuff younger than him as well as a good deal of the younger years from other houses.
