The day had finally arrived.
Anastacia Nicolette DeLouise was finally a FOURTH year!!!
Yes. Yes, it was true. She was no longer that awkward little third year girl. Okay, thats a lie. She was still a little awkward girl, but she couldn't really be considered a younger year anymore, right? So that was definitely something to be celebrated!!
And thats just what she planned on doing. Celebrating. She had snuck some drinks and a few snacks out of her house to share with her friends on the trip to school, knowing they would be just as excited as she was. And it was good times! She loved her friends and she had missed them so much during the summer... but it was weird, because she could already tell there were absences. People not coming back to school? Not on. And she was still a bit too young to understand why.
But after only a little bit of spending some time with said friends, she felt the need to go find her family. So she was currently wandering the corridor of the train, looking in every compartment she passed looking for her brothers. To her delight, she opened the door to one particular compartment and there she saw her friend Derek! Which meant the other boys had to be somewhere close! But oddly enough, he was alone.
"Hey!" Anya chirped, her smile bright. But as she got a good look at his expression, it faded, knowing almost instantly that something was wrong... "Are you alright?" Her voice leaked with concern as she quickly rushed to sit next to him, making sure to shut the door behind her, "Where are the others?" And by others, of course she meant her brothers.
Oh. If she only knew...
