Our arrival and selective amnesia, to give two examples, are reasons why this was very likely deliberate instead of some strange random occurrence. It is far too precise, yet without memories to base an accurate judgement on, the possibility of random must be kept open.

That calls up a new host of questions such as motivations, methods, and the like. It does not seem like any of them will be answered soon enough, though, so it is useless to ask, is it not?

It is pointless to a limit. You can ask all you like, but yes, there is no point unless you know who, what and how to ask and how you listen.
