it does not only suffer, it is at high risk to develop NPD, especially if its the firstborn or only child. At the point where it should be enabled to develop a sound selfconciousness and a sense for boundaries its Nparents prevent this and so the story goes on and on

If he is N, he already has developed NPD. I thought that was clear.
