it could be an allergy and you're body is trying to protect yourself from it (especially if you feel your throat getting tight)

the only reason i dont think it is an allergy is because it happens with a lot of different foods. like burritos and falafel and salsa. its fucknig weird.

you could drink ginger, peppermint, and spearmint for nausea, and chamomile, cramp bark, hyssop, marshmallow, st. johns wart, anise, dong quai, fennel, fenugreek, papaya, and wild yam for muscle/stomach pains.

it could be your gallbladder, i've had gallbladder attacks in the past, one where i ended up in the hospital. if the pain seems to be more on your right side, bellow your ribs, that would be a significant sign of it being your gallbladder. it could also be a gallstone, women are prone to gallbladder issues, i remember it being a very high percentage from what i've read. symptoms are nausea, fever, abdominal pain, significant amount of pain on the right side, etc. avoid anything with cholesterol, fried foods, spicey foods, etc. eat pears, green apples, etc. I found diets on webmd and the such.
