Hobby is probably the easier choice. A job change is a pretty big deal.
In terms of hobbies - I'm not sure, I'm barely having time for any right now (actually, my big hobby is plotting out everything on the 'when can i move out' timeline, but I don't think you have that issue.) My go to hobbies are usually anything creative - like I've recently challenged myself with one of those 365 photo projects (a photo a day). Then someone else encouraged me that I should get back into sculpting, or painting. Or even something like Sudoku which is simple 10 minute thing, keeps brain cells sharp... Or you could do Yoga. Or learn a new language. Or learn stupid skills like saying the ABCs backwards (which I love to do with the kids who are just learning the ABCs cause it freaks them out - sometimes I'm mean)
