Couch to 5K! You start off with just one minute running/jogging to every two minutes walking, and eventually build up to a full 5K straight! All in about two and a half months!

You def. should try it!

You should def. give it a try! It makes exercise challenging and fun...and makes something that you never thought you'd be able to do, into something you CAN do!
