Wow did we wear ourselves into the ground this weekend. >.> Oops. And we tried to just plunge ahead past it and found ourselves with no control of the front yesterday, taking unplanned naps. YAY for getting that good run in!!

Oh wow...y'all are much braver than me!! I'd loooove to work or volunteer at a shelter but to see the kinds of things your seeing there would either drive me insane or on a murderous rage - not towards any of the animals.

Poor kitties...sounds like there might be some kind of bug or illness being passed amongst them. Is there a vet on staff there??

They have a vet come, but there isn't one on staff. The small animal vet is a really good guy (we use him for our dogs), but the director is really tightfisted and won't let him do the right tests. Or so we've heard. :(

I feel you on the murderous rage thing. :( It's kept me up before. But volunteering there does really seem to help them out, so at least we're making a difference.
