Is it true that any content that's uploaded to facebook ends up becoming the property of facebook? Someone told me this yesterday..

I heard about this but I'm not sure either way about it. I could definitely see Facebook changing their terms of agreement to include ownership of all content but I imagine there would be more news (and anger) about it if they really did change it.

They changed their terms of agreement a few weeks ago to state that everything you post is theirs, and even if you delete your account, they'll still keep your information and account stuff forever. So many people got upset, though, that they changed it back to "Once you delete your account it's gone, we promise". NOW they're going to start making more changes to the Terms of Agreement but "having the Facebook" vote on them, so if a majority of Facebook is in favor, THEN the terms will be instated and put into effect. Or whatever. It's a huge gross drama. They're total asshats.
