Thank you for subbing this! I've always loved this interview and Gackt and Yoshiki's sometimes extravagant choices of food (Yoshiki's starter? o-0).

I can't help but think that Gackt should have just chosen a bag of normal apples from the local market - such a waste of good sorbet.

LOL Yes, walk in there with some normal apples... Granted I've had these before (I tried making them after seeing this interview, they're not hard actually especially with a few hints) and the sorbet DOES make the apple taste better... but he's a fool for leaving it completely. That or he's just drunk XD

Yes, Sweiled is amazing - I asked her if I could use the translation posted on EnY, but she completely outdid herself and not only gave me permission but even watched it again and updated it, since it was a few years old :D

I think we'll be working together in the future, Children of Mallepa is the next distant goal ^^
