I've been walking / jogging (well, I"m not jogging of late, 'cause my knee is rather tweaked) and I'm tired of my workout mix. I want something that runs about 30-40 minutes, with some more mellow warm-up tunes....a good chunk of faster stuff for 20ish minutes, and goes into a gradual cool-down

Yep. Cheesy stuff. Even more cheesy than what I listen to when I'm not running (if that's possible). I'm way too lazy for mixing, so I usually just pick one and go.
I've fallen off the wagon -- haven't gone running in four days!

isn't that weird how much you can miss it once you get in the habit of exercise? I took a few days off when my friend was here and then laid low 'cause my knee hurts and i feel gross and bloated.... ack! at least the condo pool is open so i can get some laps in. :)

Oh, also (and totally unrelated to good health) wanna come drink wine one evening/weekend? Aaron is in FL until the 10th, and I'm trying to fill my days with people...
