So I made my last trip to see my grandfather (well at the hospital anyway). I decided that when I got home last night today would be my last time going up there. My whole family has treated / acted like he was already dead from the time he went into the hospital. just afterI got up this morning I got a call from my lawyer.....after almost 2 years, and just before my hearing date (the 18th), they judge made a fully favorable on the record decision. meaning you ask? that FINALLY they have agreed that there are enough issues involved that he's found me disabled.
