Return to Doctor Who for Piper as Tennant Exits
Billie Piper will return to the set of Doctor Who one last time to help give David Tennant the perfect send off in his final show as the time lord.
The new mum will reprise her roll as Rose Tyler and will team up with Tennant's other side kicks Donna Noble played by Catherine Tate and Martha Jones played by Freema Agyeman.
Together the three women will help fight the Doctor's resurrected arch-enemy The Master.
It will be Tennant's last episode in which he will be morphed into new signing Matt Smith when the doctor is regenerated.
A source told The Sun: 'This will be the most exiting episode Doctor Who have ever done. We really wanted to get all the companions back on board as a fitting send off to David.'
'Getting Billie to agree was a real coup, but she loved working on the show so much it didn't take much convincing.'
Piper's return comes just months after the 26-year-old and husband Laurence Fox welcomed their first child into the world, baby son Winston James Fox in October.
