Awesome stuff. One of my friends bought the book by the (original?) guy who runs the molecular gastronomy restaurant in Spain (?), so read up quite a bit on how these things were made..

that would be Ferran Adria's El Bulli. Weve been trying to book but have had no luck for the past few years. bah.
