What I don't fucking understand is why does the American judicial system allow common criminals to go free everyday, while someone like me, who hasn't done anything wrong, continues to be punished. Fuck the supposedly "fair" system. That judge was a fucking bitch to me all the way through my hearing

It's ridiculous man.. I just found out that Troy's writing her a letter recommending my release from probation upon my 18th birthday.. if that doesn't happen.. I'm going to research the legality of this thing and if it's like I think it is, there will be suit action...

well, I've found something that may be of interest, according to VA state law since I am a status offender under the cause of "child in need of supervision" and that is a status applicable only to a minor, restraining me past the point of my coming to the age of majority is illegal except in extreme circumstances
