Why is it that everytime I try to do something for a friend (or perhaps someone who's a little more, I'm yet to figure this one out for myself) it ends up backfiring?

All I was doing was trying to help and she ended up getting mad at me.

Maybe sometimes I try to help too much.

Well, I just got through watching Top Gun (hence the journal theme change), I had forgotten how much I love that movie.

Well, nothing really interesting has happened in the past few weeks. Just same ol' shit, day in, day out. Nothing new. I don't really know why I'm posting, so I'll just put some tests or something in here as filler space.

Bah Humbug

Okay, as I said earlier, I went out on my first date since Ashley broke up with me. Well, one thing I neglected to mention is that I saw her and her best friend (Macy for those who care) at the mall. I went on the first date I've had since me and Ashley broke up. I had fun, but it's still going to take quite a bit more to get over her, but who knows?

Anyway, how's everyone been? I haven't heard from anybody in a long time. I'm just wanting to know what everone's up to since no one updates any more.
