Huh. Maybe he confused you with some other tenant who doesn't always pay on time? o_0 Or he might just be an uber-stickler for deadlines and perhaps considers you still new-ish tenants? -_- I think one of the ladies my mother property manages for back home is a little like that sometimes... Complains about not having the check banked by the exact deadline, since it can take a day for the check to get deposited if the tenant gives it to my mom in the evening or late afternoon such that she can't get to the bank before they close, y'know?

Sorry your landlord seems to have digi-volved into a spaz... :(
