Yay!
New fantasy show I can watch that isn't on cable!

Terry Goodkind... my friend loved the books then after the 2nd or 3rd she got creeped out by all the graphic rape scenes.
I can be pretty sure there won't be any of that on this show.

How I've missed LoDuca and Rami and Tapert... wait... is Tapert doing this show? *checks imdb* Yep... he was for

I caught a teeny bit of that show last night and didn't know anything about it except that it was filmed in New Zealand (I recognized Jay and another guy didn't hide his accent very well) and then Dad saw that the wizard was the guy who played the pilot in Mad Max... but I wasn't that interested. Maybe if I read the book...

lol - maybe that's how desperate I am for any kind of fantasy - I'll take anything!
But it was actually pretty good.

While I love Xena, it was a bit hokey at times. This seems pretty good with the fight scenes. Looks like they trained very well for them.
