I'm more than happy to spring for some real, fresh mozzerella cheese... you know, the good, pure white stuff that's usually sold in a tub of brine and makes a great Caprese salad when combined with fresh tomatoes and basil leaves...

I am craving a real bagel (from NY)--everything type, smothered in cream cheese and smoked salmon. I cannot wait to get to NY next weekend. :)
