I've heard that library jobs are hard to find right now, as most cities and towns have had to cut their budgets. Just hold out a while, things will get better :)

that recipe from MEN is the best and super easy- better after 3 or 4 days in the fridge. I add a TBS of honey to mine and I get a lighter fluffier dough.

I did that to my most recent batch with excellent results. I'd like to incorporate a nice flavorful olive oil, and maybe some rosemary to my next batch.
