My apartment building caught fire early this morning.

Is "apartment building" redundant?

Anyway, old wiring.
I hope they replace it all.

As it is, I have to turn on the kitchen light in order to use the stove, and I have to unplug the refridgerator to use the microwave.

I'm not really crazy. My apartment (building) made me that way.

I don't think "apartment building" is redundant--I live in an apartment, and my apartment is in an apartment building < ok>
