I'll post pics of the curry in a bit. I'm making it for the second time. I like Japanese curry. Its tasty. My husband HATES curry. Indian, Thai, Japanese, whatever. So, hes going to think the apartment smells like the back of an elephants ass when he gets home

Its not bad, I like thai curry more than anything. Japanese curry is ok, it depends on what brand it is. :D

I ate some of it, and the brand I used was a spicy one called Vermont Curry. It has hints of apple and honey in it (which I didn't taste) and it came out more stew like than anything. :(
