I'm now sufficiently recovered from the narcotics to report that I am indeed back and in one piece. Turns out the nurse was incorrect in telling me I'd only be sedated and Dr. Mitchell was kind enough to knock me out for the whole thing. yay! so glad to check my page and find this here!!!

so when my grandmother was on that stuff one of the pills got lost on a white tile floor and because she was getting an unlimited-until-depature (may she rest in peace) supply, the hospice service managing her care made sure all of us were questioned, even the 5 year old, to see if any of us had taken it to sell it, before they would continue perscribing/refill it. now that's some tight control if you ask me. How does it feel?

Just made me sleepy and loopy. My parents were stressing me out too much for me to remember if it might have been fun. They're really making this recovery difficult.

praise de lawd. seriously, though, i'm glad you're alright.

although it's too bad i'm not physically around to make some sort of ridiculous pirate jokes ever few seconds. i'm entirely sure that would make you feel better-er than any prescription opiate would.
