Swimming around
New Orleans got off easy.
A reduced strength storm missing the city by a few miles to the east.
And the western edge of the eye passed over Slidell where my parent's house was.
You can now take a row boat from downtown New Orleans to downtown Slidell.
I am SO GLAD my parents brought up all my old things last year.
