Oh, Charlie learns the hard way that some criminals will play on your sensibilities and use your information against you. That arson investigator is a bad, bad man.
Best scene in the ep--Charlie and Larry doing one of their maniacal experiments in the bathtub just when Alan wants to take a bath. (Doesn't that house have another bathroom?) And then the payoff at the end when the brothers attempt to fix the plumbing!
Charlie's empathy with the young engineering genius is sweet and sad, giving a wonderful backstory on Charlie's first semester at Princeton.
I love this review. You're so right about the brothers attempting to fix the plumbing after Charlie and Larry's experiment... and I love that once again, Alan was the one that has to tell them they forgot one practical application of the "stand pipe."
Overall, this was a great episode... especially for Charlie because he does see that mathematical data is always used for the good and then when Ethan is involved and he has to talk to him, it's a truly great scene because he really gets the young genius. *sighs* Damn, I miss this show.

Less time of Don means I get bored and don't finish the review on time... I'm sorry. :(
