I find it interesting how different people focus on different things in each episode. As an example, I barely register the things you've mentioned about Charlie and Don. You are 100% right about them but my focus through out the episode is the pain that Colby seems to be experiencing over the shooting. We learn more about his back story and we see David showing concern for his partner, which has been a steadily growing relationship throughout Season 2 (considering the rough beginning they had.) The fact that Colby spends most of the episode in blue jeans probably also is a reason he holds my attention. haha

What a fantastic ep showcasing the Eppes brothers, with a twisty, fascinating plot that doesn't at all end where you expect it to.
Charlie's inequality bounding thing...And shots ring out. I love that Don shoves Charlie to the ground before roaring off to join his team. Charlie's clearly terrified, yet he reaches up to save his computer and clutches it to his chest.
IN the elevator, coming back to FBI, Charlie has such a studied casual pose. He's trying to put on his bravery. (We need)"String--lots of string." Math brings him back.
Megan gets the best line, "When you were a kid, were the worst at hide and go seek ever?"
"My head is a bad neighborhood to be in..." I think this happens more often than Don will ever admit.
"Sometimes you just bend spaghetti..." The brothers work out their terrors with dry pasta while Alan takes Megan out to dinner. Awww.
